Parliamentary Secretary for Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, and Health Infrastructure.

As well as representing the electorate of Mordialloc in the Victorian Parliament, I am also honoured to be the Parliamentary Secretary for Mental Health & Suicide Prevention, and the Parliamentary Secretary for Health Infrastructure.

Working alongside Minister for Mental Health Gabrielle Williams MP, it is an incredible privilege to contribute to the nation-leading, system-wide reform of our mental health care system. I am passionate about supporting the wellbeing of all Victorians, and supporting a system that allows Victorians to live happier and healthier lives. As part of my work, I also contribute to social inclusion policy, creating better connections between individuals and their communities to reduce loneliness and mental ill-health. I am extremely lucky to meet the incredible mental health care workers and key organisations that work day in and day out to support Victorians and their wellbeing.

I am also honoured to be working with the Minister for Health, Mary-Anne Thomas MP, to build the facilities our healthcare workers need to deliver world class care. Victoria is growing, and will be Australia’s biggest city in less than 20 years – and that means our health system has to grow alongside it. We are delivering world-class hospitals and health care facilities across Victoria, so that patients can access the care they need, where and when they need it.

Previously, I was the Parliamentary Secretary for Schools between 2018 and 2022, and I was incredibly lucky to contribute to Victoria’s education policy and support our kids through their crucial developmental years. I am extremely passionate about supporting kids with additional needs, and making sure every child has the opportunity to achieve their best no matter their abilities or position in life
